Matte Eyeshadow

This section contains Matte Eyeshadow, you can use them for an all over color, liner color or base for shimmery shadows. The Matte Eye shadows will contain any or all of the following ingredients Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Zinc Stearate, Carnauba Wax. May contain iron oxides, ultramarines, manganese violet, ferric ferrocyanide, to offer a more diverse color selection.
