Wide-Set Eyes

Reduce the space between the eyes by applying dark eyeshadow in the inner corner.
Apply the lighter eyeshadow to the outer two-thirds of the lid from lashes to brow bone.
Use eyeliner to draw a very thin line from inner to outer corners on both upper and lower lids.   Pencil eyebrows a little closer to the nose. Don't extend eyebrows out at the ends.

How to Make Wide-Set Eyes Look Closer
If the space between the inner corners of eyes is wider than the width of one eye, you have wide-set eyes.So your aim is to reduce the space between the eyes to make your eyes look close together. You should emphasize the inner corners by using darker eyeshadow in the inner corners and apply light shade to the outer two-thirds of the eyelid from the lashes to the brow bone.

Eyebrows create a frame for your eyes. To shape brows for wide-set eyes:
Pencil the eyebrows close to each other.   Don't extend eyebrows out at the ends.

To make eyes appear closer line upper and lower lids from  inner to outer corners.
Lashes  Apply mascara increasing the thickness towards the center of the eye

Small Eyes

Small eyes are proportionately smaller in comparison to the rest of the facial features. If you have small eyes, try the following eye makeup tips to make your eyes appear bigger:
Apply light colored eye shadow on the entire lid, starting at your lashes and blending up to your brow.  Avoid dark shadows that will make your eyes look even smaller
Apply medium-toned eye shadow in the creases.
To give your eyes more prominence, apply highlighting shade under the brows
Line upper and lower lids with soft-color eyeliner to enhance small eyes.
Apply black mascara on upper and lower lashes.

How to shape brows
Well-shaped brows make small eyes appear wider even without any other makeup. Remove stray hairs and pluck your eyebrows a little with tweezers. When plucking your eyebrows, leave the inner part of your brow thicker, this will create an arch to frame the eye. Then fill in sparse spots with brow powder or brow pencil.

How to apply eyeliner
To make small eyes appear bigger, line upper and lower eyelids with soft-coloured eyeliner starting above your iris and extend to the outer corner of your eye or slightly upward. Avoid thick black lines, which can actually close up the eye. Smudge the line or use the matching eyeshadow to soften. Use white eyeliner on the inner rims of your eyes.
